All patients have the right, without recrimination, to voice complaints regarding care received. In response to a patient’s complaint or grievance, within 10 business days of the complaint there will be a written response from the Center. If there is an unavoidable delay in this response, there will still be a written response within 10 days, which will include the reason for delay and a “reasonable” time frame in which the patient may expect the final response.

Physicians who provide services in the facility may or may not participate with the same health benefits plans as the facility
The covered person should check with the physician arranging for the facility services to determine the health benefits plans in which the physician participates
The covered person should contact their carrier for further consultation on those costs.
