If you are required to pay a copay or deductible for your insurance, a member of our office staff will contact you prior to your surgery.
A member of our nursing staff will also contact you regarding the time you are scheduled to arrive and obtain a brief medical and surgical history and give you instructions for the day of surgery.
Please remove all piercings and leave all jewelry and valuables at home.
If you are receiving anesthesia, you will be instructed not to eat or drink anything after midnight the night before your surgery(excluding some medications). If receiving anesthesia, you must have a responsible adult drive you to and from the Center and remain with you for 24 hours after your surgery.
All women 55 and younger will require a urine pregnancy test prior to the surgery, except those who have undergone a total hysterectomy. You will need to provide photo identification, your insurance card(s), and payment of any copay or deductible that is due prior to the surgery. Payment may be in the form of cash or check, and all major credit cards are accepted.
You will be given discharge instructions which outline your surgeon's instructions concerning medications, eating, activity, pain management and emergency information.

If you need to cancel your appointment after hours, please contact your surgeon. He or she will contact us.
In the event that the Center must close due to circumstances beyond our control such as a loss of power, water, or state of emergency, our team will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible. Please contact your surgeon after hours.
Your designated driver may park on the first or second tier of the parking area in front of the building. Parking is complimentary.
